“Luckily I could understand a little German, so I found it very interesting to learn about chocolate production from the flower, the bean, the powder to the mixing of the end product. My grandson, however, at times found it boring, because he cannot speak or understand German, and as this is a great tourist attraction place, it would be good if you could have an English speaking guide for English visitors. I will certainly recommend Chocoversum to friends and family, but please consider the possibility of having some English tours available. Thank you for a lovely visit and the delicious chocolate too.”
